1) Introduction

Welcome to ProQuizzers. By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2) The Service

ProQuizzers provides practice tests, user-submitted quizzes, progress tracking, learning tools and optional subscription features ("Pro"). We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features at any time without liability.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental consent. You are responsible for (a) providing accurate registration information and (b) maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4) User Content & License

"User Content" is content you submit, post, or display on the Service (including quizzes, explanations, and comments). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content you grant ProQuizzers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, create derivative works of, and display such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any law.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Posting illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Cheating, manipulating quizzes, artificially inflating scores or leaderboards.
• Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, reverse-engineering, or tampering with the Service.
• Sharing account credentials or using someone else’s account without permission.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6) Moderation, Takedowns & DMCA

We moderate content but are not obligated to monitor all User Content. If you believe content infringes your copyright or violates these Terms, contact us at pquizzers@gmail.com with details. We will investigate and act in accordance with applicable law (including DMCA takedown procedures where relevant).

7) Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed via Razorpay (or other payment processors). We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs. By purchasing, you agree to the billing terms displayed at purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law or our refund policy.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Service. Upon termination, your access will end and we may delete or retain your content as required by law or our policies.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProQuizzers disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall ProQuizzers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProQuizzers, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your User Content or use of the Service.

11) Third-Party Links & Advertising

The Service may include links to third-party websites or display third-party ads (including Google AdSense). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their practices. Review third-party privacy policies before interacting with them.

12) Notices

We may send notices via email or in-app messages. Legal notices should be sent to: pquizzers@gmail.com.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your City, India.

14) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable effort to notify you.
