2) Services

ProQuizzers provides online practice tests, learning tools, and premium features (“Pro”). We may update, add, or discontinue features at any time.

3) Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old or use the platform under parental guidance. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

4) Accounts

  • Keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

5) Payments & Subscriptions

ProQuizzers offers free and paid (Pro) plans:

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details.
  • Subscriptions renew as per the plan selected unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not provided once a subscription cycle has begun, except where required by law.

6) Refund & Cancellation

You may cancel Pro Membership anytime from your account. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal but does not generate refunds for the current period. If you face billing issues, contact us at .

7) Acceptable Use

  • No cheating, exploiting, or attempting to manipulate quizzes or leaderboards.
  • No reverse-engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • No offensive or harmful content in usernames, bios, or messages.

8) Intellectual Property

All quizzes, designs, branding, and platform content belong to ProQuizzers. Users may not reproduce or distribute without prior permission.

9) Limitation of Liability

ProQuizzers is provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we are not liable for errors, interruptions, or losses arising from platform use.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of , India.
