ProQuizzers provides online quizzes, educational tools, and utilities such as calculators and resume builders. The Service is offered “as is,” and features may change or expand over time as the platform develops.

The Service is designed for students aged 13 and above. Under Indian law, users under 18 must use the Service under parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• Using automation or bots to manipulate data, scores, or access.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service.
• Sharing others’ personal information without consent.

7) Payments & Pro Features

Currently, there are no paid or Pro features. When such features become available, we will provide clear details about pricing, billing, and refund policies. All payments (if any) will be handled securely via authorized payment processors such as Razorpay or Google Play Billing.

8) Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to the Service. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProQuizzers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your City, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
