Accounts & Profile

Is ProQuizzers free?

Yes. Most quizzes are free. Free users may see Google Ads. Pro removes ads and unlocks extras.

How do I track my progress?

Visit your Profile for totals, best, and average score. See History for every attempt.

How do I change my display name, bio, or profile photo?

Go to Profile and click “Save Changes”. Accepted photo formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP.

How do I change or set a password?

Open SettingsSecurity. If you signed in with Google and don’t have a password yet, you can set one there.

How can I download my data?

Go to SettingsYour Data to download JSON or CSV exports of your history.

How do I delete my account?

In SettingsDanger Zone, type your username and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and results.

Tests & Timing

Why did my test auto-submit?

Tests are timed (usually 15 minutes) for fairness. When time runs out, the attempt submits automatically. Your answers are saved as you go.

Can I pause the timer or switch tabs?

No. Pausing could lead to unfair advantages. You can navigate between questions, but the timer keeps running.

How do I retake a test?

Open your History and click Retake on any attempt that allows it.

How are scores calculated?

We show percentage = (correct ÷ total) × 100. Some subjects may use negative marking in the detailed results (it will be shown on the Results page if applicable).

What if I find a wrong answer or typo?

Tell us via Contact & Suggestions. Include the test name, question number, and your note. We’ll review and fix quickly.

Pro & Payments

What do I get with Pro?

Ad-free practice, early access to upcoming tools (calculators, English mini-games, challenge modes), and advanced analytics as they launch.

Upgrade at Settings → Upgrade to Pro.

How do I pay for Pro?

We use Razorpay for secure payments. On the upgrade page, click Upgrade Now, complete the payment, and your account is upgraded automatically.

Payment succeeded but Pro didn’t activate

Occasionally a network delay can occur. If you don’t see Pro within a minute, refresh the page. If it’s still not active, share your payment ID in Contact & Suggestions and we’ll fix it.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled case-by-case (fraud, duplicate charges, or accidental payment). Contact support with your payment ID. Refunds, when approved, are processed via Razorpay to your original method.

How long does Pro last?

One Pro purchase activates for 30 days. You can see expiry in Settings. We’ll notify you before expiry.

Privacy, Ads & Security

How is my data used?

We store your account details and quiz history to run the platform and show progress. See the full Privacy Policy.

Why do I see ads?

Ads help keep the free version sustainable. Pro removes all ads. Ads never affect scores or visibility.

Is my account secure?

We use secure sessions and hashed passwords. Use a strong, unique password and keep it private.

What age is ProQuizzers for?

ProQuizzers is intended for learners aged 13+. Younger users should use it with parental guidance.

Notifications & Support

I see a red badge but no notifications

Open Notifications and refresh. You can filter by Unread. If the badge still seems off, try “Mark all as read”.

Where do I contact support?

Use Contact & Suggestions. There’s a form and a chat thread—your replies and ours will appear there.
