Accounts & Profile

Is ProQuizzers free?

Yes. Most quizzes are free to play. Free users may see ads; purchasing Pro removes those ads and grants early access to upcoming features. Pro is currently a 30-day subscription.

How do I track my progress?

Open your Profile to see totals, best and average scores. Use History to view every attempt.

How do I delete my account?

Visit SettingsDanger Zone, type your username to confirm. This permanently deletes your account and associated results.

How do I change or set a password?

Open Settings → Security. If you signed up via Google and have no password, you can set one from Settings.

Tests & Quizzes

Why are quizzes exactly 5 questions?

Short 5-question quizzes make practice quick and shareable. The UI and review workflows are built around five MCQs to keep things simple and consistent.

How are answers and explanations shown?

When you submit a quiz, the system evaluates your answers and reveals the score and per-question explanations. User-submitted explanations are sanitized on the server for safety and stored as safe HTML.

Can I upload images in quizzes or profile?

Not currently. To keep the database small , we do not store user-uploaded images yet. Images are planned for the future when storage/budget allow.

How do I report a wrong question or typo?

Use Contact & Suggestions and include the quiz title, question number, and your comments. We review reports and update quizzes where needed.

Pro & Payments

How do I pay for Pro?

Payments are processed via Razorpay. On the upgrade page, click Upgrade Now, complete payment, and your account is upgraded automatically.

Payment succeeded but Pro didn’t activate — what to do?

Refresh the page after a minute. If Pro still isn't active, share your Razorpay payment ID in Contact & Suggestions or email pquizzers@gmail.com and we’ll resolve it.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are considered only in limited cases such as duplicate charges or failed activation. See our Refund & Cancellation page for details and how to request a refund.

Ads, Privacy & Security

Why do I see ads or placeholders?

We display ads to keep the free tier sustainable. Our Google AdSense account is currently pending approval—some ad slots may show test content until approval completes. Pro disables ads.

How is my data protected?

We hash passwords, use TLS for network traffic, and sanitize user-submitted HTML. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.

Notifications & Support

I see a notification badge but no messages

Open Notifications and refresh. If the badge remains, try "Mark all as read" or log out & log in again. Contact support if the problem persists.
