Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases of Pro Membership and other paid features on ProQuizzers.

2) Digital Services

All Pro features are digital and delivered instantly once payment is successful. As per industry practice, subscriptions are non-refundable after activation unless required by law or covered by the exceptions below.

3) When Refunds May Apply

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment success but Pro not activated: You completed payment but Pro features did not unlock on your account within a reasonable time.
  • Accidental purchase (first-time only): Contact us within 7 days and do not use Pro features during this period.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method per Razorpay timelines.

4) Cancellations & Auto‑Renew

  • You can cancel future renewals any time before the renewal date from your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops the next charge; access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
  • Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current billing cycle.

5) Failed / Pending / Chargeback

  • Failed/Pending: If a payment shows as failed or pending, Pro will not be activated. If an amount was debited, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank/payment provider.
  • Chargebacks: If you raise a chargeback with your bank, please also inform us. Access to Pro may be paused while the dispute is investigated.

6) How to Request a Refund

Email pquizzers@gmail.com or use Contact & Suggestions with:

  • Registered email and username
  • Order ID / Payment ID (from Razorpay)
  • Reason for refund request and any screenshots

7) Processing Time

Once approved, we initiate refunds within 3–7 business days. Actual credit to your account depends on your bank/issuer and Razorpay’s settlement timelines.

8) Payment Processor (Razorpay)

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net‑banking passwords. Razorpay may share limited transaction data with us (status, instrument type) so that we can activate or refund your plan.
